We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide comprehensive support to the President/CEO of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front office and supporting the daily operations of 3 unique businesses.
Responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, managing complex calendars, preparing reports, organizing meetings and events, and providing general administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. A Notary license is preferred but not required.
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and/or education. Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are also required. Additionally, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are important soft skills for this role.
