Job description
```Duties```
- Picking up and delivering documents,
- Assist with office tasks, including proofreading documents and organizing files
- Utilize QuickBooks and other computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Type correspondence and transcribe notes as needed
-Coordinate with permitting agencies for the purpose of acquiring permits for construction projects
-Submit and properly fill out applications and forms to corresponding departments
-Properly record all obtained job cards and approvals
-Proper coordination with other teams to further the process of future projects
-Driving if needed to departments (drive time will be paid for)
```Requirements```
- Note if you do not possess these skills a plus we can train
- Previous experience working with public departments a plus
-Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other computerized systems
- Excellent typing skills a plus
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- know about working with public works departments a plus
