You will be paid weekly by check as an Independent Contractor, regardless of the lawsuits outcome. Due to the negligence of a past Neurosurgery, she is now in a wheelchair, had to have multiple revision neck surgeries plus 16 weeks of IV infusions from a 2020 Cervical Artificial Disk Replacement surgery (Osteolysis/Osteomyelitis). I want a kick buns side kick to help me make sure no other patient winds up in a wheelchairor worse going forward, but my energy is limited, so I need help to achieve this goal. I'd prefer someone need who is a bit knowledgeable about human anatomy (ideally, the Neck/Back) or who is willing and able to do their own research to be a competent co worker, whom I"m happy to help tutor.

In order to file a neurosurgery malpractice lawsuit in California, you need to prove 6 key elements: 1) A doctor-patient relationship demonstrating that the neurosurgeon had a duty of care towards you as a patient (established through medical records, bills, or other documentation showing the relationship) 2. A breach of that duty of care by the surgeon that caused injury, and resulting damages, ie, negligence showing that the neurosurgeon failed to meet the standard of care expected of a reasonably competent surgeon in similar circumstances which requires expert testimony from a qualified medical professional, who can explain the standard of care and how the surgeon deviated from it. 3. Demonstrate Causation: We must prove that the neurosurgeon's breach of duty directly caused my injuries or harm, which involves showing a clear link between the negligence and the negative outcome. 4. Document Damages: we need to demonstrate the actual harm suffered as a result of the negligence, including physical injuries, emotional distress, lost wages, and additional medical expenses etc. 5. Find a Lawyer that specializes in lawsuits against neurosurgeon, who is willing to take this case on contingency. The lawyer will provide the defendant with a 90-day notice of my intent to sue and gather evidence, including medical records and expert testimony, this notice must include details about the legal basis of the claim and the type of loss sustained. 6. Gather Evidence: Medical records are crucial, but other evidence like expert opinions, witness statements, and photographs can also be helpful. I have thousands of reports, images, bills, etc. I expect this to take a min of 3-4 months of preparation, but we envision world for the next 9-12 months at a minimum.
