Looking for a good customer service and friendly RV Park manager for our RV park in Desert Hot Springs. Will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for guests and maintaining the overall operation of the RV park.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RV park, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. This role involves managing staff, handling reservations, maintaining facilities, and addressing guest concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.
Strong Sales and marketing skill required

Responsibilities, not limited to:
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to RV park guests.
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
Reservations Management:
Manage RV site reservations, including booking, cancellations, and modifications.
Maintain an organized and efficient reservation system.
Coordinate with staff to ensure accurate site assignments.
Facilities Maintenance:
Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of RV sites, common areas, and amenities.
Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise RV park staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and address any personnel issues.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage the RV park budget.
Track revenue, expenses, and financial transactions.
Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about local and state regulations related to RV park operations.
Ensure compliance with zoning, health, and safety regulations.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests.
Utilize online platforms and social media to promote the RV park.
Collaborate with local businesses and tourism organizations.
Emergency Response:
Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
Address and manage emergencies such as accidents or severe weather events.
Qualifications: Preferred
