Your responsibilities will include recruiting new applicants, guiding them through the employment process, matching them with fulfilling opportunities, and ensuring our clients' staffing needs are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Shine as a customer service superstar! Cultivate strong relationships with our clients and associates by providing top-notch customer service and maintaining regular communication.

Navigate through various operating systems including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), staffing app JobStack, and text alert system with ease.

Handle incoming orders from both new and existing clients efficiently.

Proactively contribute to business growth by reaching out to clients, upselling our services, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Employ innovative recruitment strategies to attract new applicants, including making outbound calls and utilizing our work alert technology.

Match applicants with suitable job openings, ensuring a great fit for both the candidate and the client.

Process payroll for temporary workers in adherence to established procedures.

Uphold a culture of safety and compliance across all operations.

Your Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce.

Exceptional multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent customer interaction in a branch environment. You'll be operating a computer, phone, and other office equipment regularly. You must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for extended periods. Additionally, lifting objects up to 50 pounds may be required.
