Position Overview:
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth workflow of our property management office. This individual will be responsible for managing office operations, assisting with property management tasks, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Assist property managers with tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and legal documents.
Provide coaching and leadership for office staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
California Real Estate License is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good computer skills and familiar with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
