We are seeking highly motivated and competent people who want to help deliver cannabis to medical and adult use customers in the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas like Beaumont, Hemet and other Inland Empire cities.
This job requires more than dropping off an order to a customer. We are looking for a person who is comfortable/confident meeting new people and leading them through a variety of cannabis product options, help inform their choices and provide educational value. This is more of a mobile budtender/pharmacist role. Knowledge of product is HIGHLY PREFERRED but can be taught. Most importantly, personality and strong character will distinguish you from other applicants.
SHIFTS NEEDED ARE: 10a-3p // 3p-10p every day.
We are open 10AM-10PM DAILY.
Driver Duties
-Honest, trustworthy, diligent.
-Security minded
-Communicate efficiently with dispatch.
-Expert in Google Maps and all iPhone technology.
-Basic math skills.
-Drive for long periods of time around the Coachella Valley.
-Explain products to customers, upsell items.
-Display knowledge of product to help customers make educated decisions.
-POS system/website/credit card processing to complete transactions.
-Decline multiple smoke-out offers each day. Medicate after work, please.
-Professional attire and presentation at all times.
Driver Requirements
-People person, friendly, open minded, genuine, takes direction well, learns quickly, works well on a team, witty, takes initiative, problem solver, familiar with the Coachella Valley
-Pass a background check/live scan
-Clean driving record
-Valid drivers license, insurance, vehicle registration
-Smart phone
-Clean presentation
-Discretion is a must
-Security minded, always aware of your surroundings
-Trustworthy
Compensation
-$15/hr to start plus mileage. Tips.
-40% Employee discount
We start with a three month probation period, if all goes well then the wages will increase to $17.
