JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and excellent customer service skills. You will leverage your expertise in technology sales and CRM software to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
Hourly pay:
$25/hour + 10% commission from new sales generated
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8 AM – 5 PM
DUTIES
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities to identify potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that drive business development efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory management. HVAC sales experience highly preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of direct sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with CRM software for managing leads and accounts effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
Previous experience in account management or customer service is highly desirable.
