We have just launched a new Real Estate Advertising Division within the Coachella Valley, helping local vendors and service providers to connect with community residents.
About the Position
We are seeking a talented and competitive outside B2B Sales and Marketing Representative that thrives in a fast paced, multi-transactional sales environment. You will be selling digital advertising to various vendors and service providers throughout the Coachella Valley. This is a full-time sales position with Base Salary, Commission, and Residual Income opportunities available.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
You are a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to sell Advertising.
You are a sales hunter with Inside / Outside sales experience
You have prospecting skills, including the ability to engage in high-level cold-calling to qualify and close new accounts
You can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining sales targets
You are able to generate your own potential leads using our internal database
You are comfortable cold calling in person and over the phone
You are a great conversationalist, a people person, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
You are able to effectively develop and maintain client relationships
Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities
Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within Coachella Valley
Meet and exceed sales quotas
Accurately forecast and deliver on sales within a specified sales territory
Ability to solve practical problems and possess strong analytical skills
