Fitness Coach Super Star Roles:
Assist in
retention of existing clients through amazing customer service, aiding in test responses and handwritten cards to trainers specific monthly block of clients and generating new offers contained within the card.
promotion of all internal offers (both supplements and internal specialty programs) and internal events held by the business by announcing them with the intention of getting clients excited before AND after every session. Not done as an afterthought.
retaining and appreciating customers through handwritten cards to trainer's specific montly block of clients and generating new leads off the offers contained within the card.
Keeping a spotless facility (training floor & bathrooms)
Requirements:
Must be high energy. Must not be selfish or self centered.
Must be a team player. Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable. Must have sales aptitude (meaning not afraid to ask clients to do things). Must LOVE appreciating customers and giving them an amazing experience to actually retain them and keep them coming back. Mut give EXCEPTIONAL service. Must greet all clients BY NAME within 10 sec of walking into the facility (run over if needed).
Responsibilities:
Beginning of Shift:
ïSet up workouts
ïAlways have workout displayed on board prior to clients arriving
ïGreet customers with a smile emphatically within 10 sec of walking in the door (like Cheers where everybody knows your name).
ïWrite hand-written cards for the week
ïMust read over internal promotions of the week so it sounds smooth when presenting it to the clients
ïSpot check the facility to make sure nothing is out of place during sessions
ïNever be on your cell phone
ïYou should sweat from motion
ïDemonstrate all exercises prior to having anyone start.
ïTry and engage with every customer as many times as possible.
ïNever sit down
ïDo not carry items (shaker, water bottle, etc. with you while you coach
ïDo not stay in one spot, constantly pace the room
ïShow, don't tell. Demonstrate when someone is having issues
ïIf giving physical cues, ask if you can touch the client, and always use knuckles outwards
Between Sessions:
ïReset workouts
ïEmphatically greet all new people walking in the door within 10 seconds (people love to hear their own name)
ïAdd internal promotion responders to clipboard on the wall as an official sale and put your own name next to it so you can receive commissions
ïAdd referral lead names to lead names clipboard
End of Shift:
ïBreak down workouts
ïErase / clean board
ïSay good bye to all customers with a smile emphatically
ïFinish any unwritten hand-written cards for the week
ïEnsure all referral leads made it to clipboard.
ïEnsure all internal promo sign ups made it onto internal clipboard.
