Individual residents of a new luxury residential enclave of over 100 LGBT+ and allied residents aged 55 to 90 seek salon services on-site. All services are provided on a direct provider to client basis.
No rent, no overhead, and a built-in prospect list which will eventually reach over 200 residentsjust your super salon skills and superb professional demenor and credentials. A small on-site baber shop/salon is available to use by appointment, or, at your option of course, some clients may request service provided in their residence.
Currently about 100 residents, total population will exceed about 200 people within 18 months. So, you must keep track of the preferences and needs of each client.
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
Current License California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology
5+ years licensed and practicing near Palm Springs, CA
No Smoking
Only Stable, career professionals will be invited.
Barbers should have experience cutting hair of gentlemen aged 55 to 90. Old fashioned barber service including shaving of neck, scalp massage.
Pedicurists must have demonstrated knowledge and 5 years experience providing special care of clients with diabetes and foot neuropathy.
