"Heavy" phone: Good voice personality/scheduling customer and our tech appointments.
Pay bills/ bookkeeping (a +), filing, tracking, collections etc.
We also do a great deal of marketing. If person has some knowledge of "Constant Contact", direct mail, mailing lists. magazine and newspaper advertising a plus.
