Responsibilities include:
Perform a wide variety of diagnosis and repairs to include: installing and removing heaters, pumps, motors, filters; repairing heaters, pumps, motors, filters; repairing pool lights, gaskets and replacing bulbs, electrical wiring, automation,
Presenting a professional appearance and attitude to customers and fellow employees,
Responding courteously & efficiently to office staff and customers, including follow up on repairs as necessary, and answering client questions,
Timely and accurate reporting to office staff of work performed, including pricing for needed repairs, to ensure that work is billed and estimates sent to the customer in a precise and timely manner
Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customer, office staff, sales department, and field help.
Must be willing to work weekends on occasion and odd hours as necessary (emergency calls)
Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
Develop and maintain relationship with SNHD & industry partners
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, ability to identify solutions, and is customer service oriented
10+ Years residential & commercial swimming pool repair experience
Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and commercial equipment.
Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment including automation
Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
Self-starter with ability to work with little or no supervision
Demonstrated organizational skills
Ability to learn and utilize industry specific software
Experienced pulling permits with city and health department
Experienced pulling permits with Mechanical board (technical ability to calculate flow ratings, head loss curves etc.)
Valid drivers’ license an ability to pass background test and drug screen.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
