Job Description:
Install residential, and commercial air conditioning, heat pump, and gas heating systems.
Provide outstanding customer service that holds true to our reputation for honesty and integrity.
Explain to customers the timeline for their job and provide an open line of communication for excellent customer service.
Complete paperwork according to company protocol and communicate professionally with office staff in a timely fashion.
Provide photo documentation of all installs upon completion.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
HVAC Installation Journeyman
Certification from an HVAC program at a technical school
Current driver’s license and a clean driving record
EPA Certification to handle refrigerants
Ability to undergo and pass a background check
Personal hand tools to properly perform the job.
Willingness to work on call and overtime as required
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate technical information
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly
Follow safety protocol to maintain a safe work environment
A willingness to continue learning
A good attitude and willingness to be part of a team environment.
Preferred:
Refrigeration in Commercial Applications
Manufacturer training and certifications
