Established construction company looking for a Lead Warranty Technician. We have a low turn-over rate and are looking for a professional willing to work with a team.
-The right candidate must be/have:
-Experience in the following Trades:
-Framing, Stucco, Drywall, Painting and Flooring.
-Honest, punctual and hardworking
-Valid DL -Clean driving record, reliable vehicle and tools (company provides tools as well)
-Must use internet based platform named Builder trend to record shift, upload progress pictures, receipts. (We will train you on how to use the app)
-Work is almost 100% interior work
-Experience working with Home Builders (Lennar, D.R. Horton, KB Home to name a few)
