Short Term Rental House in the Twentynine Palms area, near Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Pioneertown, etc. looking to have a few different on call or backup housekeepers available to help clean the property between guests. We already have a primary housekeeper, so again, this is for more of an on call or as needed position in case there are cleanings that our primary housekeeper can't fulfill. Housekeepers or cleaning companies interested in this possibility must have prior cleaning experience and understand some of the elevated demands & standards that cleaning a short term rental property with frequent turnover requires. If you have cleaned short term rental properties before (Airbnb's, Vrbo, etc.), that is a plus. Must also live within a reasonable driving distance to Twentynine Palms, maybe an hour max drive. It wouldn't make sense for you as a housekeeper/housekeeping team if your commute to or from this property was any longer than that. So if you live close and/or have a reasonable commute, that is a plus as well. House is a two bedroom, two bathroom house, with a full kitchen. Washer & dryer available in the garage. Any housekeeper(s) we want to meet with further will be asked to meet in person at the house so we can walk you through and ask you any questions, or we can answer any questions you may have as well. Price is negotiable right now, however we do have a price in mind we want to stay around. Part of meeting in person at the house is so you guys can see the property with your own eyes and hopefully give us a better estimate of what your desired price is per cleaning. Would be looking to meet with potential cleaners within the first few days of October here coming up. We may ask to conduct a background check as well if you are a cleaner we want to move forward with and keep in mind for cleanings in the future, so please don't reach out unless you'd be comfortable with this.
