Warehouse Managers must have experience in Residential Tract Homes Construction.

Responsibilities include:
Supervise and coordinate responsibilities of fabrication and assembly workers and ensure that scheduled jobs are completed on time;
Enforce and implement all safety protocols, with a constant view toward opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that work areas are well maintained and clean and that personnel operated in a safe and efficient manner.
Determine temporary labor needs and arrange for employees on site as needed.
Schedule shifts and time off requests for all full-time employees on both the day and night shifts.
Manage and administer reviews, evaluations, and salary requests of all full-time fabrication employees.
Requirements:
Experience managing Warehouse Fab Department.
Experience hiring, scheduling and managing warehouse employees.
Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, and carpentry required.
Ability to set budgets and following accounting guidelines for the department.
Good time management skills with an ability to set priorities and manage deadlines.
Ability to manage changing workloads and schedules.
Must be organized with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
Compensation: Salary $50,000.00 - $55,000.00
