Account Executive (California)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in California. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of successful experience selling into the HR and Benefits space, with a strong preference for candidates with a proven track record in the Agriculture, Manufacturing, and/or Hospitality industries. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries (Agriculture, Manufacturing, Hospitality).Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and grow market share.Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.Travel 50-75% of the time to the places where the company operates across the US and Mexico.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in executive, HR and HR benefits roles.Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR and Benefits strategies.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets by leveraging sales best practices and tools.Prepare regular sales reports and activity reports.Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.Teamwork & Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to transparently share  industry needs, set up accounts for success, and share insights that will drive product and clinical strategy.Share best practices and industry knowledge with the sales team.Open to travel to Mexico to meet with the team.All team members are required to participate in an onsite health enrollment event once a year as a Patient Experience team member to understand our members and the work we do at MiSalud Health.
