Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Palo Alto, California. This position is within the tech industry and is based in an office environment. As a Help Desk Analyst I, your role will focus on addressing IT issues, collaborating with IT teams, handling software troubleshooting, and managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software and hardware problems Troubleshoot software to ensure optimal functionality for users Assist in coordinating firm events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks Contribute to accounting functions as needed Handle client document scanning and uploading to network Assist in creating and maintaining client and firm files Learn and adapt to new software and technology as required Ensure a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, assuming greater responsibilities when necessary Provide outstanding attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role Proficiency in Mac Computers and Microsoft applications Experience with Active Directory Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Experience with software deployments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with LexisNexis and FileZilla Data entry skills Experience in billing Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving skills Relevant certifications are a plus.
