RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of an Agile Scrum Coach in Pasadena, CA.
Key Tasks:
Lead scrum team
Assess current processes and develop heat map to outline strategy for organizational improvement
Measure results and effectiveness of implemented improvements
Coach on raising level of effectiveness of communication across all levels in the organization
Collaborate with other organizational leaders to plan and implement best practices
Identify relevant best practices that align with organizational mission, goals, and strategic direction that overall will improve quality of delivery and improved relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
10 years of project or program management experience with oral and written communication skills and demonstration of excellent business presentation skills
5 years of experience implementing scrum and agile best practices
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master on a software development team
5 years of experience developing and implementing standardized policies, procedures, and templates and creating organizational best practices
Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills
Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units
Strong collaborative skills
Proven success with relationship management
Preferred Experience:
PMP or Project Management Professional Certification
Scrum Master Certification
Excellent analytical skills
