You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet or exceed industry standards for quality and safety.Quality & Compliance: Complete all activities following quality and regulatory standards and procedures. Promote a quality approach and strive for flawless implementation in all activities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by embracing industrial excellence methodologies, lean metrics, and key performance indicators to effectively implement new processes.Accountability: Offer transparent and proactive communication to colleagues and customers, ensuring timely partner concern and resolution of issues. Follow up to guarantee completion of tasks in a timely manner and support cross-functional communication.Environment Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to LGC’s safety and environmental guidelines, contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.Batch Review: Perform technical review of manufacturing batch records for completeness and compliance with cGMPs as per regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Review batch records, summary reports, and other release documentation as necessary.Quality Systems: Support quality processes including Change Control, Audits, CAPAs, QA holds, Material Rejection Reports, Deviations, QMS, Technical Complaints/Adverse Events, QA reporting, and approval of GMP documentation.Quality Operations: Support GMP compliance and inspection readiness within the organization.Investigations: Perform and review investigations associated with Complaints, Deviations, CAPA, OOS, Out of Tolerance, Atypical Results, Environmental Discrepancy Reports, and Alert Level Reports.Customer Support: Provide technical and quality operations support to respective departments, focusing on deviation training and coaching/mentoring as needed.Other Duties: Perform other duties as mandated by site priorities and Quality, Business, or Safety requirements.
