Description We are on the search for a contract Office Admin to join our team situated in Playa Vista, California. This role functions in the technology industry, offering an immersive experience in office management and administration. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a friendly reception experience for visitors. Efficiently manage office calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with vendors to support office operations. Accurately process customer applications and maintain customer records. Handle board meetings and assist in the onboarding process for new employees. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage data and schedule appointments. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer credit records. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Uphold a detail oriented demeanor when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in an office administration role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in customer service roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in data entry, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and effectively Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and managing office logistics Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively High level of organizational skills and ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
