Description An emerging Robert Half client is in immediate need of a skilled Billing Clerk for a 60-90 day contract assignment. This Poway-based role has an opportunity to be a permanent position based on performance in the contract role. You will play a vital role in helping our client’s billing department achieve their goals. Please see below for the role’s responsibilities and requirements:
Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtaining missing or correct data when necessary
Build financial controls and procedures
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
