Outstanding opportunity for an experienced manager who has a proven track record of managing client, infrastructure, operations, and staffing functions of large Data Center and Call Centers. Requires a high level of organization and capacity planning, experience presenting to both executives and clients, and a proven track record of exceeding service delivery expectations. Data Center operational experience with incident and disaster recovery planning, process improvement and experience overseeing server systems and applications required. Personnel management within a data center and call center is key.
