Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the healthcare industry, located in Rancho Cordova, California. The role involves providing support to Program and Senior Program Managers in various project management tasks, from planning to execution. The work environment will require you to handle project engagement, manage relationships, oversee communications, control resources, and handle budgets. Responsibilities: Assist in the management of project life cycles, from planning to execution. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage project and program expectations. Oversee the development of project charters and manage the tracking of project outcomes. Handle change requests, risks, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and deliverables. Keep leadership updated with reporting status regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Contribute to the improvement process to establish best practices, standard templates, and program policies. Use industry best practices to ensure solutions align with client goals. Participate in the collection and dissemination of data, using performance data to create and execute improvements. Utilize tools like CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Workfront to manage and monitor customer accounts. Handle budget processes and ensure appropriate action is taken as necessary. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within the healthcare or NHS industry Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Budget Processes, and Microsoft Visio Exceptional communication skills Experience in managing contracts Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management software Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Excellent organizational and time management skills Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an added advantage.
