Administrative Assistant / RBT.Role :Scheduling and maintaining appointments for staff.Maintain company website and emails.Maintain company calendar or specific employees' calendar.Helping clients or customers if they have any questions or helping visitors locate the correct office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, insurance carriers, and other employees.Answering calls and relaying messages from parents and / or insurance carriers.Assist with data entry, client onboarding, and new staff onboarding.Take inventory of office supplies and place orders accordingly, general office upkeep.Processing incoming bills and payments.Participate in-office meetings or webinars and take notes and / or draft meeting minutes that participants can refer to later on.Candidates must have RBT certification or take our 40-hour free training to become RBT.
