Description Our prestigious client in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist to enhance their finance department. Playing a critical role, the successful candidate will manage all payroll operations to ensure prompt and accurate compensation for their hardworking team.Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for payroll.
Oversee and ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Manage the accurate computation, withholding, and deductions associated with net pay.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist.
Deep understanding of local, multi-state tax and Federal tax regulations.
Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
