Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Accounts Payable and/or
Accounts Receivable or a similar role, with proficiency in accounting software and strong organizational
skills. The Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing general accounting tasks, ensuring
accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process and record Accounts Payable transactions.
Generate and send invoices; track and record Accounts Receivable.
Customer Statements:
Prepare and distribute customer statements in a timely manner.
1099 Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of 1099 forms for vendors.
Depreciation Records:
Maintain accurate records of depreciation for fixed assets.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (DSD Manager a plus).
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Reliable: Consistently strong performance and attendance
Education
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred, equivalent experience is acceptable.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm.
Starting Pay: $21-23/hr DOE (Will be increased once hired onto our client's payroll)
