Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper/CPA Candidate
CPA Firm - Redding, CA
Professional office in the area for 30 years currently seeking a qualified staff accountant, bookkeeper or CPA candidate to assist our firm and staff.
This role is a full-time position and will require someone who is detail oriented, ability to multi-task and has good computer experience and communication skills. Potential for job advancement.
Excel, Outlook, bank reconcilement and payroll experience preferred. This person will work closely with the senior CPA and existing staff accountant. Willing to train the right person given ability to learn and comprehend given tasks quickly.

Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconcilements, Maintaining accurate books utilizing QuickBooks software
- Payroll processing
- Excel Worksheets & Quickbooks data entry.
- Entry Level Tax Return Preparation
- Processing client data and maintaining data files.
- Develop and maintain documents/files utilizing Excel, Word, Outlook & Quickbooks
Drug Testing and Background Checks Required.
