Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while showcasing your mixology skills and knowledge of various drinks.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash register transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere in a nightclub or bar setting.
- Experience using POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
