Busy downtown restaurant is in need of talented kitchen staff to join our solid back of house team .
COOK - responsible for daily prepping and cooking our full menu that includes Steaks, Fish, Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches and weekly specials. Good knife skills a plus.
EXPEDITER - Pre-buss active tables & buss dirty tables, run food from kitchen to table, expedite food in the kitchen (add sides, sauces & garnishes), handle bagging of Take-out & delivery orders and run to the pick-up area in FOH
This is a very fast paced kitchen and you need to have the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
