From The Hearth Cafe & Bakery is looking for a experienced line cooks, baristas, delivery drivers, and managers who have the ambition, character, and ability to become strong team leaders. We are a rapidly expanding company and opened a 4th cafe in Redding last year, and weve recently opened a new From the Hearth Express Drive Thru in Shasta Lake. We are looking not just for employees, but for leaders who desire to be promoted as we grow.

General Experience for each position requires:
Barista 2+ years experience in customer service preferred, great attitude required! Baristas have many responsibilities including taking customer orders in person and over the phone, ensuring that our lobby is clean and organized for customers, efficiently and correctly making customer drinks, and back of house cleanliness and organization with cook staff.
Line Cook 2+ years experience in a commercial kitchen preferred, great attitude required! Proficient knife skills, food prep, and sandwich/salad building. Ability to work well with a team, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency on shift. Willing to continue to learn and improve abilities in the kitchen.
Work can often be hard, but it is much harder working with people who do not have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Our cafes, drive thrus, and bakery are busy, but our staff is great, and we enjoy working with each other. We are looking to hire people who seek to be an encouragement to our staff and our customers.
