We are a large gas station looking for a full service deli employee. Job duties include cooking with a commercial oven, deep fryer, flat grill, and bbq grill. Position will also include assembling cold foods such as cold sandwiches and salads. You will also be trained and required to cover the cash register position upon request.
Experience in food service and knowledge of food safety practices are a must. If you do not already have one you will be required to obtain a food handlers card within the first 30 days of employment. Starting pay is minimum wage, and hours are to be decided after hire, but expect mostly full time and mostly mornings and afternoons. Due to the fact that this position may require cash register coverage alone in the store, and that we also sell age restricted items, we cannot consider any applicants under 21 years of age.
