Fresh Fire Grill in Redding is looking for a quality person as a new member to the team. We are a casual quick-serve style restaurant serving lots of fresh, organic ingredients, house made sauces, and many items made to order.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
Prepping food
Making sauce, marinade, dressing, and spice rub
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Cashiering
Cooking food on the grill
Providing excellent customer service
Qualities Required:
Previous experience cooking a grill station in a fast-paced kitchen
Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
Multitask and prioritize meal tickets while working the grill
Must be friendly, able to smile, and approachable by customers
Hard working, dependable, team player, and drama free
