We are a reputable, professional, and highly respected local Restaurant and Lounge. Our Chef provides our diners with upscale and creative meals, and takes extreme pride in flavor, value and presentation. We are looking to expand our kitchen staff, and are interested in speaking with all applicants, regardless of age or experience, who are passionate about cooking, and working in the restaurant industry. You be reliable, cordial, energetic, take and follow directions well, and take pride in your work ethic as well as production quality. We are a small restaurant with a close team, so a jovial personality with a good sense of humor is a good fit for our atmosphere. If you are new to the industry and looking to get your foot in the door to the world of upscale and fine dining, this is a great opportunity to work with and learn from a great local Chef.
Day time position is prep heavy, and requires line work, and creating our soup of the days. Creative and skilled applicants especially encouraged to apply.
Night position is entry level, salad, desserts, fryer, some prep. Must have the ability to stay focused, thrive under pressure, and maintain a clean work station.
