Quality Inn Hotel is looking for a housekeeper. Quality Inn Hotel is a 88 room hotel, located in Redding CA. We offer a friendly and enthusiastic working environment and are seeking a good housekeeper to join our team.

Experience as a housekeeper in a hotel or motel setting is very helpful, but we are willing to train someone who is eager and willing to learn.

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and /or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Essential:
1. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
2. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
3. Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning 5-22 rooms per shift.
4. Punctuality and reliable attendance.
5. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
6. You must be available to work up to 8 hours per day on occasion and available at times to work overtime when needed.
7. Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
8. We are an outside corridor hotel so it is essential you can handle all weather elements.
9. Ability to climb stairs daily, up to 3 flights at a time.
10. Have a strong work ethic and proud of your accomplishments.
