K&S Staffing Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager – Family Recreation
The ideal candidate would have a background in hospitality or entertainment management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, and adherence to all safety protocols.
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise a team of employees. Must be able to provide ongoing coaching and support to staff and conduct regular performance evaluations to address any concerns in a timely manner.
Must be able to terminate employees as needed.
Coordinate scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, including booking parties and answering questions and handle complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Oversee maintenance and care of the building. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues. Ensure the facility and equipment are kept clean and free from any potential safety hazards.
The manager is considered a key part of the team and, as such, is expected to actively participate in all areas, such as cashier, snack bar, and clean-up, among others.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or recreational facility management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and holidays REQUIRED

Full Time
$25-$30/hr DOE
