We are an integrated medicine veterinary clinic in Redding, with a focus on nutrition. We need a fun, kind, friendly person to join our team part time.
Qualifications:
high school graduate
proficient in Microsoft suite, internet basics, phone skills, scheduling experience, and has worked with veterinary or medical software and understands their operations.
must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Veterinary front desk experience
Comfortable conversating with clients and answering questions
Job duties:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, document processing, inventory organizing in the retail store, ringing client purchases and transactions, handling money, cleaning workspace and clinic.
Hours- 12-20 per week depending on need and availability
