We value our hygienists and we are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Demonstrate a good attitude, making the patients feel welcome and comfortable.
Provide professional and knowledgeable service.
Have genuine care and concern for the guests.
Be focused on a vision and committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients.
Develop companionship with the doctor, other team members and all guests.
Has experience with cutting edge technology and computer skills (Dentrix is a Plus!)
Enjoys building patient rapport
Committed to providing excellent Periodontal Therapy, Preventative Services, and supports patient's understanding for necessary treatment.
Employment:
full time and/or part time
1 hour appointment blocks; 2 hour blocks for SRP's
8 hour working days
Hygiene instruments are replaced annually.
Compensation: $50/ hour
Generous benefit package that includes holidays, vacation, bonus system, dental insurance, and 401k.
Requirements:
Experience Preferred
Knowledge of dental software
Enjoys dentistry and believes dentistry offers patient's a means to better health.
