Interim HealthCare and Hospice, Redding has a couple of unique and amazing opportunities available for the perfect candidate to join our team. We are looking to fill the following full time positions:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor: This applicant will need to have supervisory experience in home healthcare as they will be joining the lead team in our Home Health Care department. Leadership skills combined with a compassionate heart to care for others is what will make this perfect candidate stand out. The applicant will need to have an active RN license in the state of California, and have the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.

• RN (Registered Nurse) Hospice Case Manager: This applicant will need to have an active Registered Nurse license in the state of California as well as prior hospice experience. The applicant must have the ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Home health care experience is encouraged. We understand that it takes someone special to be a hospice nurse. Hospice experience and understanding prepares this applicant for the necessity of relationships with the patients and their families. With hospice, it's not just a job...it's a calling.

• RN (Registered Nurse) Home Health Case Manager: This applicant will need to have an active Registered Nurse license in the state of California as well as prior home healthcare experience. A home healthcare RN case manager handles the care for patients in the patient's homes. The care is based upon their nursing experience and educational preparation. The applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

• LVN or MA for Client Service Representative: This applicant will need to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or licensed Medical Assistant (MA).

 →Must be detail oriented

 → Need to have the ability to handle heavy phones

 → Need to have computer/software experience

 → Must have good typing/data entry skills

 → Must have a positive personality and enjoy working with the public

 → Must have the ability to work independently as well as work with a team

 → MUST have prior medical office experience as well as hospice knowledge

 → Need to be able to prioritize and delegate while working side by side with our staff and administration
