3–5 years of experience in cabinet making and installation
Split position: shop fabrication and field installation as needed
Proficient with shop equipment including edge banders, panel saws, shapers, and table saws
Skilled in all small and portable woodworking tools
Able to read and interpret plans, build custom cabinets and parts with accuracy and attention to detail
Capable of troubleshooting and adapting to irregularities in walls and floors during installation
Strong attention to finish quality — precise trim, crown molding, and professional fit and finish
Consistently completes work within budgeted timeframes
Team player with initiative and strong work ethic
Good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
