Full time employment available for landscape technician II for a local property management firm with benefits. Receive 8 paid holidays upon hire including 40 hours of sick pay. After your first year of full time employment we offer one week of paid vacation, plus one additional day for each year of employment, a tax savings cafeteria plan and employer matched IRA up to 3%. Duties will consist of all aspects of landscape maintenance including lawn maintenance, pruning and irrigation. Clean DMV required. Rate of pay is $18.50 - $19.50 per hour DOE.
