Mobilehome Park Maintenance Employee - Full-time
Compensation: Hourly Rate payment is biweekly
El Rio Estates is seeking a Maintenance Employee based in Anderson but drives from Redding to Red Bluff and Cottonwood to Palo Cedro in a Company vehicle.
Performs tasks used to operate, maintain and upgrade a Mobile Home Park. Employee operates vehicles with Class C and working to get a Class A license.
Works outdoors in Shasta County’s hot temperatures and cold winter rain. Lifts parts or equipment that weigh up to 60 pounds.
Must live within 15 miles of Anderson, to respond to emergency after hours calls. Emergency calls are split between other employees and are paid minimum 4 hours overtime.
You will operate a Park Owned vehicle, and eventually operate a class A truck. You must submit a photocopy of your valid State issued driver's license, a copy of DMV driving records and take a DOT drug test.
