Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to be exposed to dirt, dust, noise, cleaning solutions.
Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds throughout the day.
Must be able to communicate effectively with various departments.
Must have good organizational skills and ability to keep accurate records.
Must be able to maintain accurate inventory records.
Knowledge of construction, cable, mechanical and Microsoft office preferred.
Experience with heavy machinery preferred.
Repair and maintain vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Construction with loading/unloading as needed.
Cleaning inside/outside of fleet.
Assist with standard maintenance and janitorial.
Maintain a clean and organized Facility & Yard
Operate equipment and all forms of transportation.
Assist with safety inspections.
Make repairs as needed on all vehicle components.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles as required.
