A small machine shop is looking to hire and willing to train an individual how-to setup and operate a Okamoto DX3618surface grinder and Ded Tru grinder.
Pay: During the training period 15.00phr will be paid, training period fluctuates generally based on how quick a person is able to learn the operation. A maximum time of one month of training will be offered but not guaranteed. if you are unable to learn the operation you will not be hired. Once you have learned the operation and are able to run it productively on your own I will raise the pay to 20+ per hour.
Hours: During training period 9-12pm. When hired a total of 20 hours per week will be offered, possibly more.
Capabilities: Applicant must be physically capable of standing at a machine for 4 hours a day. Dexterity: good hand and eye coordination, simultaneously working with both hands together. Good hearing is required to help understand each step of the grinding process. This work is repetitive and repetitious, like most jobs in production there is a production rate per hour that must be met.
Under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated.
