We're looking to expand our Facilities Team with a Janitorial Custodian. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys independent, hands-on work and whose schedule can be somewhat flexible based on demand. This is a full-time position where you'd be working 30-40 hours a week.

JOB DETAILS:
The rate of pay is $18-20/hour based on experience and education. The schedule will be somewhat flexible and dependent on reservation dates. Offices will be cleaned after 5 pm on weeknights. Travel and janitorial services in Trinity Center and home rental will be based on reservation check out and check-in dates/times.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST. HERE IS WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE:
-High School Diploma
-Has proven working experience as a Custodian
-Able to handle heavy equipment and machinery-Has knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
-Drivers license, reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and acceptable DMV record
-Drug test and Fingerprint/ Background check clearance (We pay!)
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
