Small non profit animal rescue looking for a farm hand 4 days per week, 3-4 hours per day. Hours aren’t flexible and must be punctual. 8am-11am/12noon…can pick your 4 days in a row, but at least one day needs to be on the weekend.
Must be strong, in shape, this is a labor job. Duties include but aren’t limited to:
Feeding farm animals
Cleaning water troughs and filling waters
Cleaning sheds
Picking up dog poop
Assisting in kennel cleaning and caring for dogs
Cleaning straw/hay around the property
Upkeep up the farm and property
Assisting in hoof trims for goats/sheep
It’s a plus if you’re experienced in repairing sheds, building shelters, repairing fencing, etc…but not required.
MUST be familiar with animals and not scared of them, you will be around them during your job duties.
