Custom Personnel has a client seeking someone to help out around their office. The ideal candidate is outgoing and willing to work. No prior experience necessary.
Job Duties include:
Handles incoming calls
Maintaining files
Entering information into databases (familiar with word and excel)
Organizing and maintaining office space
Cleaning Duties (bathroom, classroom, office, picking up trash around the yard)
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Welcoming visitors to our office
Taking and delivering messages
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites
