Looking for a full time Referral Coordinator for a growing company. This is a fun, fast paced physical therapy billing and management office, located in Redding, CA.
Anticipated hours will be M-F, 8-5. This position is available immediately.
Pay range: starting at $17/hour, DOE

Job Duties:
Processing incoming referrals
Coordinating with referral departments/Doctors’ offices to receive patient paperwork
Following up with insurance companies and adjustors for authorization needs
Scheduling evaluations for new patients
General data entry/filing
Organizing
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, along with having the ability to adapt to other computer software programs.
Qualities Desired:
EMR experience
Knowledge of/experience with medical insurance and authorization requirements
