Part-time Assistant Transaction Coordinator
âWe are looking for a part-time (15-20 hours/week), Assistant Transaction Coordinator who will also provide general administrative support.
The Assistant Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will assist with managing and monitoring transactions as directed by the Transaction Coordinatorâ, Office Manager and Broker.
Duties include uploading and organizing real estate transaction files; creating and sending documents out for signature using Docusign; coordinating inspections title & escrow, mortgage and appraisal processes; ensuring files are complete prior to close of escrow; handling incoming calls & greeting incoming clients; and entering files into paperless systems for storage.
Qualifications:
â-Hâighly organized and very detail oriented
-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be able to work flexible hours
-âTâech-savvy and able to learn various software programs quickly
-Have knowledge of Google Docs and âGoogle Sheetsâ
